This allows us to provide you with the lightest weight package for your BMX wheels. The Excess Bluetech ULT tubes are extremely lightweight yet highly puncture-resistant. Their low rolling resistance ensures high performance and speed. The Excess ULT tubes are manufactured in Germany using high-quality TPU, a patented welding process, and a patented valve design (removable valve).
