The 4-way stretch fabric provides ample freedom of movement during long and strenuous tours, while the waterproof and breathable BD.dry™ solution ensures warmth and dryness in wind and weather. The Recon features a revised, flat PIEPS pocket above the right thigh for securely storing an avalanche transceiver. The integrated RECCO reflector adds an extra safety feature, while the reinforcements at the inner leg openings protect against ski edges and crampon points. The side-placed ventilation option of the Recon is designed for temperature regulation. The high-mounted inner gaiters protect against incoming snow.
