The Recon Stretch Insulation Shell has been specifically designed for women who require extra warmth on ski days or in sub-zero conditions in the backcountry. It is insulated in key areas to trap body heat while remaining breathable in places prone to overheating. We have combined durable 4-way stretch fabric with our waterproof and breathable BD.dry™ solution to create a versatile jacket for use on the slopes and in the backcountry. The Recon features a chest pocket for small items and two internal mesh pockets for skins or clothing. The removable inner cuff protects against snow intrusion, providing added versatility in changing conditions. The design of the Recon also includes underarm zippers for ventilation during strenuous ascents, a waterproof front zipper, and a helmet-compatible hood for additional protection against wind and weather.
