Black Diamond Recon

The Recon pants are our solution for long ski or snowboard days that require comfort and freedom of movement, both on and off the slopes. With an updated cut and a four-way stretch membrane for increased mobility, these pants adapt perfectly to your movements on the mountain. The 3L waterproof and breathable design of the Recon pants protects against moisture on snowy days. The Recon features two zippered pockets on the thighs, including a smaller pocket for the avalanche transceiver (LVS) on the right thigh. The tailored waistband offers additional protection; it is equipped with Velcro closures on the sides, a snap button closure, and belt loops. An integrated RECCO reflector enhances user safety; special reinforcements protect the lower leg area from ski edges. The diagonal ventilation openings of the Recon allow for thermoregulation during ascents with skins; the integrated high snow gaiters prevent snow from entering.
