The new CampStove 2 from BioLite is committed to environmental awareness: this compact mini stove for on-the-go use is powered entirely by renewable resources, making it gentle on both the environment and health. The hassle of carrying heavy petroleum bottles or gas canisters is a thing of the past. Pine cones, twigs, and branches serve as fuel, powering the new thermo-electric generator with 50% more output inside. One liter of water can be brought to a boil in just 4.5 minutes. The energy generated can be used not only for cooking meals, brewing coffee, and roasting marshmallows, but BioLite has also considered the needs of outdoor enthusiasts: the built-in lithium-ion battery provides bio-power to electronic gadgets via the USB charging port, even far from electricity. The CampStove 2 is even allowed in carry-on luggage for long journeys.
