The ball-bearing lever arm is robust and ensures a smooth workout experience. The excellent biomechanics enable a safe and effective execution of the exercises. With an emergency stop feature, the height can be quickly and easily adjusted to two different positions. The locking system allows for one-handed operation for the start-stop position. The inclined lever plate provides an optimal standing position. Additionally, there is a device for attaching resistance bands. The machine is equipped with comfortable shoulder padding. The product is delivered in cardboard packaging and comes disassembled with simple and straightforward assembly instructions.
