Atletica Plyo jump box

Plyo box with anti-slip neoprene cover 76x61x51 cm. Very stable due to reinforced wooden base and foam padding inside.

High load capacity thanks to solid wooden construction. The plyo box uses extra thick particle boards with a thickness of 15 mm, which comply with the DIN EN 312 standard in quality class P6 (load-bearing and highly durable). Training with heavy weights on the plyo box is also possible, for example during weighted dumbbell lunges. The robust wooden construction withstands deformation and breakage for years.

More exercise variety due to the dimensions. In jump exercises, every centimeter counts - our plyo box allows for a maximum jump height of 76 cm. The width is 61 cm, which is sufficient to make missing almost impossible. For a lower difficulty level, the box can be easily turned onto one of its other sides. Depending on the training level and the exercise, heights of 76, 61, and 51 cm can be selected. The large jumping surface allows for jumps with slightly spread legs, such as sumo squat jumps with hip bands. The box can also be used in a flat position as a base for hip thrusts.

Special coating for increased grip. The neoprene/mesh cover provides you with grip comparable to rubber, and it is completely odorless. This way, you feel secure with every jump! The high weight of 20 kg prevents the plyo box from slipping during energetic jumps.

No risk of injury. The plyo box is equipped with additional foam padding under the neoprene layer. Typical shin scrapes on the wooden edges are significantly reduced as a result. We use only screws as the joining material for the plyo box (no nails). The zipper allows for easy removal and cleaning of the cover - it also poses no risk of injury, as it is not exposed.
