The S11 generation of the GT shell jacket is water-repellent, windproof, and breathable – the three key features that make it a versatile cycling shell for all year round. In summer, it can be packed away in a jersey pocket in case storm clouds gather or for long, cool descents. During transitional seasons, it can be worn over a mid-weight spring/fall jersey for weather protection and thermoregulation. In winter, it serves as a final barrier over the winter jacket, protecting against extreme moisture. This shell not only keeps out rain and spray but also wicks moisture from the inside, preventing a stuffy, damp microclimate in summer and a chilly, clammy cold in spring, autumn, and winter. The extended collar and hem protect the neck and keep spray at bay, while ultra-elastic cuff inserts seal at the wrists or over gloves.
