We wanted to provide you with a more energetic cushioning experience with the GT-1000 14. The midsole has been updated with FF BLAST cushioning. It offers optimal cushioning and enables you to have more energetic runs. This design also features a 3D GUIDANCE SYSTEM to enhance stability for a balanced and secure stride.

AHAR LO outsole rubber: A lower density rubber in key areas of the outsole ensures reliable grip and traction while maintaining high durability. ASICS' highly abrasion-resistant rubber in the heel area is about three times more durable than conventional outsole rubbers.
