The ASICS NOVABLAST 5 running shoe is specifically designed for daily training and offers responsive cushioning and excellent energy return. Featuring the updated FF BLAST PLUS ECO midsole material, this shoe provides improved softness and cushioning while utilising sustainable materials. The redesigned lightweight, breathable mesh upper offers improved structure for optimal midfoot support and comfort. Integrated ASICSGRIP rubber technology in the outsole ensures reliable traction on a variety of surfaces and promotes smooth heel-to-toe transitions. With a heel-to-toe drop of approximately 8mm, the shoe is ideal for runners who prefer a balanced platform. The internal construction includes a padded tongue and collar for secure support, while the removable sockliner allows for customisation. The NOVABLAST 5 combines cushioning with responsiveness and is suitable for both road running and training in the gym.
