They can be quickly attached to a barbell, pull-up bar, or rowing machine, making them suitable for all pulling exercises on training equipment where you can't escape from the overhand, underhand, or neutral grip. Whether rowing, pull-ups, or deadlifts on machines - the advantage of Angles90 is that the wrists are free to move, relieving the arms and shoulders as well. Particularly practical: the ergonomic design allows for greater pulling power. Depending on the intensity of the workout, you can switch between the Ergo grip and the Power grip, where the end points upwards. Pressing exercises on cable machines or suspension trainers are also excellently feasible.
