Altex Annapurna

Annapurna is a versatile and high-quality trekking and work model designed for exceptional walking comfort. The upper is made of oiled nubuck leather. The collar and bellows tongue are padded with smooth leather and breathable foam based on rubber, which perfectly adapts to the foot and increases stability. An anti-tendinitis insert made of padded leather in the area of the Achilles tendon attachment softens the bending of the upper material, providing optimal walking comfort. The waterproof and breathable Spotex® membrane ensures additional protection.

The patented shoe construction has been specifically designed to guarantee optimal waterproofing and insulation. The Support System® is a patented heel-locking system that offers perfect control and support for the foot. The R-System provides stability while walking through a firm insert between the midsole and outsole.

The Vibram® PU/rubber sole consists of two layers: a low-density PU midsole for comfort and lightness, and a slip-resistant, highly abrasion-resistant rubber outsole. The simple lacing prevents pressure points, and self-locking safety hooks in the ankle area provide additional support.
