Its lightweight design is achieved through Inmold manufacturing, where the outer shell is thermally bonded with Hi-EPS. This results in a solid surface connection that contributes to a very stable construction. Additionally, the edges are enhanced with the polycarbonate Edge Protect. The ventilation openings are strategically placed to keep sunlight away from the head while providing excellent airflow. The back of the helmet is designed to be flat, increasing comfort in child seats or trailers.
