The name addition "Mips" indicates that there's more to it. Specifically, Mips, the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System, which can minimize potential rotational forces during impacts, thereby reducing the risk of concussions. Additionally, safety in the Taunus Gravel Mips is ensured through a Microshell outer shell combined with an EPS inner shell. This makes the helmet lightweight and comfortable to wear. Large air vents provide plenty of fresh air to your head when you grip your drop bars and go full throttle.
