This adjustment system impresses with its delicate construction and evenly secures the helmet around the head in a 360-degree manner. The low weight of the Carapax 2.0 is achieved through Inmold manufacturing, where the outer shell is thermally bonded with the Hi-EPS. This results in a solid surface connection that is responsible for a very stable construction. The lower edge of the helmet is protected by an additional polycarbonate shell, Edge Protect. Thanks to the Seamless Connection, it fits seamlessly against the outer shell. For the highest possible safety on rough trails, the back and temple areas are extended downward, creating even greater head coverage.
