Alba Optics DELTA WHT VZUM CIELO - White/Sky Blue

The Delta glasses were inspired by models from the 80s and 90s. Laurent Fignon, the professor, won the Giro d'Italia in 1989 just a few months before the fall of the Berlin Wall. Computers began to find their way into homes and offices. Gianni Bugno made people dream, and Miguel Indurain became the last of the greatest champions. It marked the beginning for a Russian, Berzin, and the only time for the pirate, Pantani, who sparked a rebirth in passion for Italian cycling.

The frames are made of Tr90, a material composed of nylon and carbon fiber that is organically compatible and skin-friendly, even after prolonged use. It is 20% lighter than conventional materials and offers more protection against crashes and traction. The frames provide high elasticity without deformation at high temperatures, returning to their original shape after bending. The wearability of the goggles allows for perfect vision when moving your eyes from the pedals to the road, enabling athletes to concentrate on their performance without interference. The temples are strong and ensure a secure hold even during vibrations or sudden head movements.

The VZUM™ A-Objective Delta features a VZUM™ A lens made of scratch-resistant polycarbonate base 6, which is not centered to provide a fixed view without lateral deformation. Its curve includes a 180° optical cone that offers excellent protection from wind and strong sunlight, which often reflects onto other sunglasses and creates a blinding effect. The shock-absorbing, unbreakable material ensures excellent durability.
