AKU Viaz GTX

The Aku Viaz GTX is designed for demanding hikes and via ferratas. It is reinforced in areas of highest friction and features a comfortable fit. The Internal Midsole System (IMS) is a special construction of the insole, combining traditional support structures made of nylon with a layer of microporous material attached to the inside of the upper shoe. In this model, the insole is complemented by an additional midsole made of thin microporous ethylene-vinyl acetate. This allows the sole to perfectly adapt to the anatomy of your foot, ensuring even pressure distribution. It prevents your foot from slipping inside the shoe while still allowing for precise sensory feedback from the ground. This way, you’ll never lose your footing.
