The adidas Weighted Skipping Rope has been specifically designed for peak performance in skipping, ensuring particularly smooth rotations. Equipped with an integrated ball bearing mechanism at the shoulder of each handle, the rope swings true to the motion you impart.

The matte handles of the rope are made from durable molded plastic with a gentle, progressive taper, providing a comfortable grip that allows you to maintain full control during your workout. The rope offers the option to enhance your training with two 100 g weight cylinders, enabling you to elevate your fitness level regardless of your abilities.

The Weighted Rope comes with two interchangeable cables, a 2.5 mm and a 4.5 mm thick braided steel wire, allowing you to train your core strength and overall endurance more intensely.

The 300 cm long and easily adjustable rope is suitable for all body sizes and can be easily adjusted with the built-in screw.
