The Steel-O-Chain™ 9809K chain lock is the ideal all-rounder for your bike and makes thieves' work much more difficult.
The ABUS XPlus cylinder built into the lock body is even more picking-resistant than its predecessor and offers very good protection against tampering with the bike lock. The 9 millimetre thick square chain as well as the housing and supporting parts of the locking mechanism are made of specially hardened steel. The lock has been awarded ABUS security level 12 out of 15 and ABUS has encased the steel chain in a textile tube to protect the bike's paintwork in the long term. Even the keyhole is protected from dirt and corrosion by a cover. Well secured, the bike can be parked with a clear conscience.
