The original absoluteBLACK Premium Shimano 12spd Hyperglide + compatible Direct Mount 1X oval chainrings are designed for the XTR M9100, XT M8100, and SLX M7100 cranksets. They feature the same excellent oval shape as the rest of our oval chainring portfolio. With this new type of DM chainrings, your Shimano crank will look fantastic and fit perfectly with the Shimano 12spd Hyperglide + chain. This specific chainring only works with the Shimano 12spd Hyperglide + chains CN-M9100, 8100, and 7100, as the teeth thickness varies. If you want to check frame clearance with the new oval chainring, here are the dimensions of the largest oval size (from tooth tip to tooth tip): 28T: 127 mm; 30T: 134 mm; 32T: 143 mm; 34T: 151 mm.
