The numerous stimulating massage nubs on the surface also enhance the sense of touch in the soles of their feet. Training on a balance path serves as a balance and concentration exercise and improves movement and body control. Thanks to the patented plug-in system, the balancing blocks can be freely combined with each other and set up or taken down quickly. The balance stones are delivered in a set of 8 in straight (blue and red) or curved designs (yellow and green).
