How do I get my laminate floor clean without streaks? Is it allowed to add detergent to the tank?

No, no cleaning agents. I run over it a second time with a clean microfibre floor cloth. If you have a break in between, you should let the water that forms in the hose out first, otherwise the floor will be too wet and there will be streaks.
