Why do Xiaomi products at Digitec Galaxus only have a 24-month guarantee????? The Purifier Pro has a Swiss % year guarantee on the packaging. At the Xiaomi flagship store, the Piurifier 3H has a 5-year guarantee, as does the rice cooker. Are these not CH devices that here the 5years warranty is not granted or must be paid additionally. The 2-year warranty also refers to the warranty you have directly with Galaxus. Everything after the 2 years must then be repaired directly by the manufacturer.
