My appliance came with a short piece of white hose. To use this hose instead of the internal container, a screw must be loosened at the back and the rubber piece replaced with the white hose. If the length of just under 50 cm is not sufficient, a suitable garden hose with a suitable inner diameter can be purchased from a DIY store. This was no problem for me as I had the original hose with me as a sample
