Question about Dyson Humidify + Cool Formaldehyde PH04

I don't think the brand of acid is the problem.
Somehow the appliance did not notice the cleaning cycle, I assume everything was done according to the description.
I've already done it 2 times, after a longer stop, the unit didn't know that there was nothing to clean, just started everything again and then it was ok.
Support is not so bad, I once needed it because I had interrupted a process and the Dyson no longer knew where it was.
I had to pull the plug and everything was ok.

With citric acid from the pharmacy, the cleaning has worked perfectly so far.
