Question about Roborock S8 Pro Ultra
When wiping the carpets with the damp cloth does it not ruin or stain them? Also, doesn't the cleaning cloth get dirty too quickly? How do you clean it?
No, not at all: Roborock recognises the carpet and switches to "vacuuming only". The mop (the damp cloth) is lifted.
The wet cleaning cloth (mop) is cleaned automatically: Roborock returns to the charging station. The cleaning process takes about four minutes. After cleaning the cloth, the robot cleaner resumes its work at exactly the same point where it left off.
My carpet has no problem with the robot hoover. If you are worried, you can set the robot to avoid the area with the carpet in the app. The mop can be washed by hand and in the washing machine.
