What's the difference between this black mill and the cheaper white one? (Article no. 20432008)

they're not the same, on one you can remove the blade easily whereas on the other you can't, and they're not designed to be used for the same purpose....
Unfortunately, I can't answer this question either. Some time ago, I replaced the universal slicer with the processor grinder. Conclusion: I find the simpler universal slicer much more practical and easier to clean.
The manufacturer's article number differs in one number: 3001.001 vs 3001.002 So I would say the only difference is the colour. And because the black version is more beautiful and therefore presumably more in demand, it is also more expensive. The principle of supply and demand.
