What steel is it? HRC? Composition? Rust resistance? "Damascus Steel" is clearly incorrect when looking at the picture, also it does not provide more details to the steel.
According to the manufacturer, this is Damascus steel with a VG-10 core. The knives in the Samura SUPER 5 set have a hardness of 61 HRC.
