What is the difference between the various TWx 700-80 CH models? e.g. TWL vs. TWH vs. TWR? Unfortunately, the comparison function does not provide any clear differences.

These are simply different models with more or less programmes and features.
TWH is the simple T1 heat pump dryer model: with DryCare 40 and SilenceDrum for quiet drying with maximum comfort.
TWL also has SteamFinish, and
TWR also has M Touch for the highest demands. Here is the link to the comparison overview
