Question about Philips Steam&Go GC362/81
Total cheek, pay full price for a new product and get it used!!! The logo is already scratched and the water container is WET!!! Full of drips, as if it has only just been used. Absolutely weak Galaxus... what a shame, I've really bought a lot from you. The product will be sent back immediately, no matter how good it would have been.

Above all, you are really in the right place here. Here you should ask questions about the product itself. Your concern should clearly be addressed directly to Galaxus customer service. They will meet you 100% in full. Unfortunately, mistakes happen. People are still at work and mistakes are human. You don't have to go ballistic. You will be very satisfied with the product ;)
Philips points out that the water container may be damp as these are tested at the factory.
