There is no regulation knob for the heat, correct? When it is switched on normally, does the boullion boil hot (i.e. boiling) or does it "only" get warm?

The Mongolian pot is equipped with a temperature controller and overheating protection and is used to simmer the broth in a temperature range of 90°-95°C.
