Lid opens during the cooking process.

The latches click audibly. As soon as I pick up the box or start the cooking process, the latches slowly release and the cooking process stops. Looks like a faulty design to me. Or does it work satisfactorily for others?

I have the same problem as mentioned above by several customers. Unfortunately, the Koenig website does not state this, although there are many customers with this problem. Greetings

I use the box practically every day and haven't had this problem yet. I have noticed that the lid comes off when I press strongly on the box from above (then the closure slips out of the holder). But so far it has not come off by itself.

I use the heatbox all the time and have never had this problem. Maybe it is due to the production batch of your heatbox. Greetings
