Question about Aarke Carbonator 3

I've never had an aerator before, so the question may seem a bit daft... but I don't see anything described, unfortunately. What do I need in addition to the Aarke bubbler and the bottle? A gas cartridge or similar. - but which one? Thank you! Best regards
