i've never tried it - i'd say once in a blue moon ... YES... otherwise occasionally scrub by hand with a sponge and some washing-up liquid...

I've never tried this before, but I would answer in the affirmative because of the good material - but please without guarantee! I actually only use a sponge for cleaning.
