Is the stem hollow inside so that water remains in it after rinsing and then runs out? And are there rivets inside the pot or is the pot completely smooth inside?

The handle is hollow, but closed. Mine has 2 rivets.

the handle is hollow but closed, no water can penetrate. Inside the pot is smooth. There are no rivets, the joints are welding points.
