This pan is very durable, but must be looked after. Otherwise the rösti will not work. It needs to be seasoned regularly (e.g. herehttps://www.hausjournal.net/edelstahlp...).

It must be burnt in cleanly. If the patina is right, the best roasties are guaranteed!

We've never tried it, unfortunately.
