Question about de Buyer Mineral B Element
Is the inside surface seamless curved like in a real wok? Or is it flat circular at bottom?
It’s flat, but the flat surface is very small. I wouldn’t recommend to use it on a electrical heating plate. This wok is really best suited to be used on gas.
