Thank you! It can't be ovenproof with coating. According to the instructions, 200° for 10 minutes would be possible. You can't burn the pan in with that. There are reports that someone burnt the pan in the oven and the coating was burnt off.
I have now ordered one with a stainless steel handle, a little more expensive, but with a second handle, the main handle does not get hot and the oven is no problem.
