Is the appliance suitable for cutting raw meat, e.g. for fondue chinoise?

Helpful answer

The appliance is well suited for cutting meat. However, I recommend ordering the smooth cutting knife, which is available as an accessory. Also, for chinois, cut the meat slightly frozen.
