Is the 24 cm diameter the small one at the bottom of the pan or the large one at the top?

is diameter at the top of the rim

20 cm = bottom of pan
24 cm = top of pan, inside
26 cm = total diameter
cooking surface (bottom of pan, i.e. diameter of hotplate = 17 cm)
