Hello, I wanted to create a map for the 2nd floor. I have carried the robot up. Station is on the 1st floor. It has created the map. Then it searched for the station. I have set several floors in the app. Why does it still not work with the creation of the 2nd map?

Yes, that is possible. The robot can be used on several floors by simply carrying it to the next floor and starting it there. It stores several maps for different floors so that it can orientate itself on each floor. You don't have to take the station with you - it can stay in a central location and the robot returns there automatically after cleaning when you carry it down again.
