Question about Ecovacs W2 Omni

the manufacturer indicates a maximum of 45° from the vertical or a maximum of 135° from the horizontal. Any less steep and it won't work.

This does not work for me - message: Winbot is not authorised for horizontal windows and it won't start cleaning - even though the glass roof is slightly sloping.
Does anyone have any idea how this can be solved?
