Is 300 W enough for dough?

Yes, cutting dough is not about power (Watt = power over time ), but about torque (Nm = absolute power).

You can compare it with F1 and farming. F1 has to go around the track as fast as possible.
The tractor must have "raw power" and speed is not important (torque).

No! KitchenAid, a renowned multinational company mainly known for dough machines, equips their dough machines with too little power to perform the main tasks (namely kneading dough)... irony off

Yes, of course the power is enough. And enough of it.
