Question about ecofort ecoQ DryAir 13L Energy Saver
I would like to control this appliance with home automation to switch off the socket when I don't need it. Do I have to press a button to turn it back on if I pull the plug (or after a power cut)?

Hello, yes, you have to press the button to turn on the device after a power cut!
All ecofort dehumidifiers with Autostart mode will automatically restart after a power failure, without the need to switch the appliance on again.
However, it is generally advisable to operate the dehumidifier with the integrated hygrostat rather than with a timer. Otherwise, a limited running time can lead to unresolved humidity problems and mould formation if the air humidity increases.
