I turned on the Théo dehumidifier all night, in a room where I hung out the laundry. I left the air vent open but it didn't collect a drop of water. How is this possible? I set the humidity at 40%....

Unfortunately I had the same experience, not a drop of water in the tank after 24 hours. Returning it due to a defect and buying a new one from a competitor worked for me.
