I received the MDK21 today and unpacked it. The instructions say to clean the filter weekly, but there is no filter at all. Can I order a suitable filter?

This is just an air filter. Another thing, my MDK21 had a defect with the display after exactly 2 years. I laboriously took it in and today received a new MDR20 (successor to MDK21) free of charge. I am therefore very satisfied

The air filter is located at the rear of the unit. It consists of a plastic grid and can be removed for cleaning.
