Question about Aarke PET bottle

Can someone let me know if there’s any compatible glass bottle for this one? The plastic one is poor quality.

I received two PET bottles with my purchase of the aarke. The metal part came off the cap after two days of use on one of the PET bottle. I have used the other PET bottle for now more than 5 months and the metal parts still holds fine. I always hand wash with cold or warm water/soap. I suspect the reason of failure is poor quality control on the bonding process.

I bought 3 bottles. One lost the bottom after about 3 months. The second broke after 7 months. I never put them into the dish washer.
