I operate Theo in a cellar room and the humidity is currently still at 50%. I have connected the hose so that I don't have to keep emptying the tank. However, water is now flowing out through the hose and into the tank. When the tank is full, Theo switches off - continuous operation does not work. What can I do?
Hello Fireall, thank you for your message. If you want to connect the appliance directly to the water drain, you have the option of plugging the drainage hose into the appliance. Place the hose on the back of Theo over the inner drain valve. Guide the other end of the drainage hose directly into the drain. Please note that the end of the hose must be lower than the beginning so that the water can drain away. If you have any questions about this, you are also welcome to contact us by phone on 041 720 48 48 or by email at service@stadlerform.com so that we can look at this together. Best regards, your Stadler Form Team
It has a hole at the end piece where the hose is mounted, the hose must be pulled over this hole, then it works.
I've had this happen several times, the solution is to remove the hose and reconnect it "correctly".
