I left this pan on the plate for an hour without any contents, this is an uncoated pan, can I continue to use it without any worries?
The pan is very stable and designed for high heat, I would continue to use it if the bottom of the pan has not bent. It is important that the pan is heated on medium heat for 15 minutes before frying, otherwise the contents will burn.
