I have had this frying pan for about 2 months. Neither the soldering nor the searing of meat succeeds. Everything always burns.

As a general rule, never clean cast iron pans with washing-up liquid. If you do, you have to burn it in again. After use, fill with a little water (2 cm) and return to the hot stovetop. Then clean with a rinsing brush (without detergent) and dry with a piece of household paper and rub with a little oil.
This way you can do everything in the pan and nothing sticks! Guaranteed!
